邹红星教授在长期的研究生培养工作中,总结分析了研究生立志、成长与成才的关键要素,结合研究生教育现状,提出了“研究生三定律”,并以此为主题在清华大学等高校作了专场讲座,受到师生的一致好评。  1. 研究生第一定律——若做事认真,则你做什么都能专业;2. 研究生第二定律——若工作重要,则你做什么都能拔尖;3. 研究生第三定律——若情商够高,则你做什么都能成功。 1. 不在乎你做过什么,关键是你如何做事;2. 不在乎你的(研究)工作有多难多繁,也不在乎你发表了多少文章,关键是你的(研究)工作是否重要;3. 不在乎你多么聪明,关键是你的情商是否足够高。
